Please note that in case the return is not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be liable to pay due charges for return logistic. In the event of a return, we request you to accompany your return along with the original receipt. The Tags on the product must be originally intact and the product in an unused & damaged condition.

The refund process for your order will be initiated once the return/exchange has been delivered to our store. We will refund your due order amount in the form of Credit in your bank account

In case you decide to cancel or modify your order

We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it. We request you to please connect with our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order. 

Exceptions to Request

We cannot accommodate cancellations/modifications if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse

In case of modification, the requested product in place of the ordered product is available

Please note that order modification is independent of the fact that you may have bought the product during a promotion.

Exception to Request

You cannot cancel or modify your order once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in a ‘No Questions Asked’ Policy where the cancellation depends simply on whether the order has been shipped from our warehouse or not.

In case the order has not been shipped, our Customer Support team can assist you in cancelling your order, or some items of the order.

In case the order has been shipped and you wish to cancel the order, please let our customer support team know so they can put your request on record. In case the product is already out for delivery, all you have to do is reject the package and ask the delivery personnel to return the package to us. Once we receive the package, your refund to your account.  

Exceptions to Request

You cannot cancel any item that has been confirmed on your request.

Greenday reserves the right to cancel any order in case the products face quality issues, or in case of any unforeseen reason. You will be informed by our team if this happens.
